Senior Software Engineer Santa Monica, CA

Senior Software Engineer at Event Farm requires independent ability to advance the product and guide the less experienced members of the development team. Senior Software Engineers are entrusted to develop complex software, design and implement major functionality in line with the vision of the product. This position will report directly to the Director of Technology. For most projects or individual tasks, the role will perform as a lead technical resource and manage the time requirements with the rest of the workload.

Senior Software Engineer Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops complex software in PHP, Javascript, or other selected languages for Event Farm products and/or applications consistently following Event Farm’s coding standards and in accordance with applicable software development methodology and release processes
  • Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
  • Collaborates and adds value through participation in peer code reviews, providing comments and suggestions
  • Provides reliable solutions to a variety of problems using sound problem solving techniques
  • Performs technical root cause analysis and outlines corrective action for given problems
  • Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
  • Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Serve as a mentor to less experienced software engineers.
  • Estimate level of effort, evaluate new options of similar technology, offer suggestions to improve processes, and provide comments on some electrical design aspects

The Opportunity: We're looking for an enthusiastic Farmer to join us as a Customer Success Manager to help manage our ever-growing list of clients. Your primary responsibility will be to work daily with the Customer Success team to onboard new clients. support existing clients, and negotiate renewal agreements. The role will also provide exposure to other facets of the businesses and day-to-day operations of start-up life.


  • Managing clients throughout the entire client lifecycle including onboarding and training new clients as well as providing technical support to existing clients across all product lines.

Customer Support SpecialistSanta Monica, CA

We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals to join our Client Success organization as a Customer Support Specialist. The ideal candidate should be a natural problem solver and take an enthusiastic approach to customer support. Event Farm is committed to providing the best possible experience to our customers and works collaboratively across the organization to achieve that end. In this role, you will work directly with customers and cross-functionally with internal team members.

This is a unique opportunity for the right individual, as you will be helping to build Event Farm’s support function and facilitating and maintaining our support ticketing process.


  • Effectively and professionally interact with customers of all technical skill levels to define, research and resolve issues quickly and accurately.
  • Communicate and resolve basic technical issues via phone and email; escalating issues to the Engineering team when appropriate.
  • Work to reproduce and recreate bugs identified by internal team members or customers, and accurately communicate recreation steps to the Engineering team.
  • Maintain the support queue, monitoring ticket levels, cleaning up tickets, and getting the appropriate information from customers when escalating.
  • Provide timely updates to customers, CSM team members, and as appropriate, all internal Event Farm team members on the status of pending support tickets.
  • Organize and communicate customer feedback to the appropriate internal team members.
  • Manage and update support pages and help docs
  • Work with marketing to create collateral and support documentation for new features.
